Our Covid-19 Protocol

Below are some of the step we are taking to keep our staff and customers safe.

  • All clients to inform members of their household to adhere to the 2m social distancing rules ahead of the tradesman arrival.
  • We kindly ask that only our tradesmen are to be present in the area where the works are taking place
  • Open any windows and doors in the area before our arrival to circulate the air
  • Please refrain from any physical touching, this means no handshakes!
  • Where materials are supplied by the client; we kindly ask if you can leave them in the room the night before our visit
  • Our tradesmen will bring their own drinks onto the property. We kindly ask you to not offer any beverages to our tradesmen
  • On lunch breaks, our tradesmen will have their lunch in their own vehicle
  • Our tradesmen will disinfect all of their tools after each visit. We use a virolizer sanitiser spray which kills 99.9% of bacteria
  • Our handymen will be wearing gloves and masks where appropriate
  • We will only allow 1 tradesmen inside a property. If a return job is needed, we will send the same tradesman where possible
  • Our tradesmen travel on their own and in their own vehicles. We do not allow vehicle sharing to minimise contamination
  • Our vehicles are sprayed down with Virolizer on a daily basis
  • Our payments are already contactless, once a job is done, you will receive an invoice where you can pay online
